Close-Up Ing explores the visual potential of typography by blurring the line between text and image. Through a series of formal experiments, I manipulated and fragmented letterforms—cropping, rotating, and recomposing them—until they became abstract patterns detached from their linguistic function.

The process culminated in a single cohesive pattern, derived from multiple typefaces yet stripped of direct textual meaning. This final composition invites viewers to experience typography as a universal visual language, transcending cultural and linguistic boundaries through pure form.
